Sample Minimum SSTV QSO

Very few SSTV QSOs are this brief, but this is just a quick sample to show you what can be achieved by adding visual images to a QSO.

Station 1 (W0LMD)                                                              Station 2 (Variety used)

                SSTV CQ is Answered by voice.

          A CQ Picture is sent out.

           I introduce myself with a picture.                                Gerald returns a picture of himself and his wife.

I sent of picture of where my QTH is located.              SM5EEP returned with a picture of his house in Sweden.

I sent a picture of my satellite antennas folding over.       WB2PTH sent back a picture of his SSTV station.

Why describe when you can show the weather?                       Vaughn likes to make creative cartoons.

           A parting picture is usually sent.                                  The final picture often includes both calls.
